Actor Sunita Ahuja paid an emotional tribute while remembering late veteran star Dharmendra. She revealed that actress-politician Hema Malini had arranged a Gita paath and devotional singing session including bhajans and hymns in Dharmendra’s memory.
Sunita said she broke down during the gathering, becoming unable to contain her tears. She described the moment as overwhelming, saying the prayers created a deep emotional impact. She added that the tribute felt pure, spiritual, and heartfelt, honoring Dharmendra in a meaningful way.
Dharmendra, a long-time film icon, was married to Hema Malini, who also hosted the remembrance at their home, where family members and close associates gathered to pay respect.
